Panel layer

The panel layer is usually made of fine patterns and words printed on PET, PC and other colorless transparent sheets less than 0.25MM. Because the main role of the panel layer is to play the role of logo and button, the selected materials must have the characteristics of high transparency, high ink adhesion, high elasticity and anti-folding.

Cushion rubber

The most important function of the cushion layer is to connect the panel layer and the circuit layer closely to achieve the sealing and connection effect. The thickness of this layer is generally required to be between 0.02-0.05mm, with high viscosity and anti-aging; In the production, the general selection of special film switch double-sided adhesive, some film switch requirements can waterproof high temperature, so the cushion layer must also be used according to the need of different properties of materials.

The circuit layer

This layer is made of polyester film (PET) with good performance as the carrier of switching circuit graphics and silver paste carbon paste or gold paste with special process screen printing on it to make it conductive, its thickness is generally within 0.05--0.175MM, the most common is 0.125MM PET

Clip rubber

It is between the upper circuit and the lower circuit layer and plays the role of sealing and connecting, generally using PET double-sided adhesive, its thickness is 0.05-0.2mm; The overall thickness, insulation, feel and tightness of the circuit key package should be fully considered when selecting the material of this layer.

On the back of the rubber

The use of the back glue is closely related to the film switch panel and what kind of material to paste. Common double-sided glue, 3M glue, waterproof glue and so on are commonly used.
